A clear process, from the initial consultation to a successful launch. No surprises, just results.

Step 1 - Site intake

We always start with a personal meeting at your location. Not to fill in a form, but to truly understand your organisation, team and culture. What makes this role challenging? Which profile fits your way of working? That context is crucial for the quality of the search.

Stage 2 — Job profile and approach

Based on the intake, we will create a precise job profile and determine the recruitment strategy. We look beyond the job requirements – motivation, ambition, and cultural fit are at least as important. After this, we will formalise our collaboration and get started. We commit ourselves fully to your assignment – and ask for that same commitment from you.

Step 3 — Targeted search

We actively and personally approach candidates through our network, direct outreach, and targeted platforms. No bulk, no advertising campaigns that reach everyone. Specifically, those candidates who are a perfect fit, even if they are not actively looking.

Step 4 — Selection and presentation

We have in-depth conversations with candidates, assessing their technical skills, motivation, and personality. We only present candidates to you that we fully endorse, with a clear explanation for each profile.

Step 5 — Guiding the process

We guide the further course of action: from planning interviews to supporting the negotiation of employment terms. We maintain momentum in the process, ensuring the lead time remains limited. Guideline: six weeks, faster where possible.

Step 6 – Aftercare and Warranty

After the start, we'll stay in touch if desired – with the candidate and with you as the client. We'll check how the collaboration is progressing and step in if necessary. We work with a guarantee period, so you have certainty about the match we've made.
