As a Strategic HR Advisor (internally: HR Business Partner), you will work for several Vos Logistics locations in the Netherlands. You combine Operational HR advisory work (e.g. executive coaching, absenteeism and case management) with the establishment and safeguarding of Tactical and strategic HR policy.

You will work closely with the HR team in Oss, colleagues at other sites, and external partners such as occupational health services. Your permanent location will be the head office in Oss. Once every two weeks, you will be physically present at another Vos Logistics location.
