Logicall is an international logistics service provider with multiple branches in Europe. From Venlo, transport flows are organised daily throughout Europe, both via its own means of transport and via an extensive network of partners.
Within the Road business unit, Logicall has a fleet of approximately 40 of its own trucks and also works with 20–25 regular hauliers. An important part of the operation is freight management: buying, selling and organising transport capacity throughout Europe.
Logicall is currently in a phase of transformation and growth. Significant investments are being made in IT, data, and new systems, including a new TMS and a modern data platform. The organisation aims to evolve into a tech-driven logistics service provider capable of operating at a high level within the European logistics market.
This means there is a lot of movement within the organisation. Processes are being restructured, systems renewed, and teams expanded. For professionals who enjoy contributing to the building and improvement of things, and making a real impact, this offers an interesting work environment.
As a Freight Forwarder at Logicall, you are responsible for organising transport solutions within Europe. You operate in a dynamic environment where loads are bought and sold daily, and where you are in constant communication with transporters, partners, and internal planners.
You work closely with transport planning and play an important role in optimising capacity within the network of Logicall and its partners.
